Job Summary

Work Schedule:

Per Diem varied schedule. Evening/Night PRN associate to pick up shifts as needed. Must have PM and Nightshift availability. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.

Additional components of compensation may include:

Evening night and weekend shift differential
Overtime
On-call pay

Qualifications:

Successful completion of a phlebotomy course and/or one year of phlebotomy experience. Required
Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required

Licenses and Certifications

CPR Certification. Preferred
