An RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Technical Lead is responsible for designing end-to-end automation solutions providing technical leadership managing infrastructure and team delivery and ensuring secure scalable and efficient RPA implementations that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Team Leadership: Manage Jira for project tracking and reporting. Lead and oversee the RPA team in the design development deployment and maintenance of RPA solutions. Ensure the stability reliability and quality of the robot scripts to prevent operational disruptions.
Solution Design: Design end-to-end RPA solutions that align with the organizations automation strategy and objectives. Develop architectural blueprints technical specifications and solution designs that address business requirements and optimize process efficiencies.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to RPA developers and project teams throughout the solution lifecycle. Define best practices standards and guidelines for RPA development and implementation. Stay abreast of emerging RPA trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders process owners and IT teams to understand business needs identify automation opportunities and define solution requirements. Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
Infrastructure Planning: Assess infrastructure requirements and design scalable RPA infrastructure solutions that support the deployment and execution of automation processes. Evaluate cloud-based RPA platforms on-premises infrastructure and integration requirements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Security and Compliance: Ensure that RPA solutions adhere to security standards regulatory requirements and data privacy policies. Implement robust security controls encryption mechanisms and access management strategies to protect sensitive data and mitigate security risks.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of RPA solutions to maximize efficiency throughput and reliability. Conduct performance testing tuning and optimization activities to identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Training and Mentoring: Provide training mentoring and knowledge sharing to RPA developers and other team members. Foster a culture of learning and development to build technical expertise and enhance team capabilities.
Skills Required
Proficiency in RPA tools (Automation Anywhere).
Strong knowledge of solution design architecture and infrastructure planning.
Familiarity with SQL databases REST APIs and system integrations.
Skilled in using project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence) for tracking and reporting.
Strong leadership skills to mentor guide and manage RPA development teams.
Knowledge of security compliance and data privacy standards in automation solutions.
Ability to optimize RPA performance through testing tuning and best practices.
