What You Will Work On
- Lead organizational transformation initiatives focused on cultural change process improvement and ways of working evolution across our teams and departments.
- Design and implement comprehensive change management strategies for organizational transitions
- Facilitate cultural transformation initiatives to align teams with new business objectives
- Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholder buy-in and engagement
- Conduct change readiness assessments and identify potential resistance points
- Create training programs and workshops to support new ways of working
- Collaborate with leadership to define success metrics and track transformation progress
- Coach managers and team leads on change leadership best practices
- Establish feedback mechanisms to monitor adoption and address concerns
- Document lessons learned and create playbooks for future transitions
- Partner with HR and other stakeholders to align people processes with organizational changes
What You Will Need
- Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant change management experience
- Proven track record leading organizational change initiatives in complex environments
- Strong expertise in change management methodologies (Kotter ADKAR Lean Change etc.)
- Experience with cultural transformation and ways of working evolution
- Excellent facilitation and workshop design skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assess change impact and readiness
- Experience coaching leaders through transformation challenges
- Project management certification or experience preferred
- Ability to influence without authority and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
- Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced evolving environments
- Experience working in retail consumer goods or similar industries preferred
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelors degree in a Textile Science Apparel or a combination of relevant education experience and training
- Minimum of 1 year experience of an apparel product creation role or similar industry experience
- Technical materials knowledge including yarns knitting weaving dyeing printing and finishing techniques
- Knowledge of knits wovens ribs and print
- Experience partnering with vendor to develop and test a material from inception to production
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Digital literacy including Microsoft office software and Product Data Management
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing resources and deadlines across multiple seasons
- Strong information seeking-skills and a drive to make things happen
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
- Ability to network and apply internal and external resources
- Experience working with performance materials is highly desired
- Knowledge of industry material trends
