Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Schedule: Mon-Fri/8am-4:30pm (we are flexible with a schedule of a start time from 7:30am-11:00am)

Job Profile Summary

Investigates and processes requests in support of customers and internal/external business partners performed under general supervision. The individual assists management or subject matter expert in activities of basic complexity requiring some independent judgment.

Key Responsibilities

Data enter transactions to insurance policies and other functions to support the team

May receive and respond to written and verbal communication from internal and external business partners

Reports system and/or policy issues

Maintains and reports daily work condition based on business unit needs

Investigates and resolves requests and/or inquiries of basic complexity
