Job Summary
CATARACT SURGEON NEEDED IN LAS VEGAS NV - PRIVATE PRACTICE (physician-owned non-private equity)
Physician-owned non-private equity ophthalmic practice with four Las Vegas area clinic locations looking to expand our specialty capabilities by adding a Board Certified or Board Eligible Cataract Surgeon (specialty training preferred) to the practice. They take great pride in providing an excellent patient experience at the practice with the help of well trained and selected support staff. The practice is looking for a driven physician who is looking to continuously enhance and expand their clinical and surgical skill set.
The practice is comprised of eight ophthalmologists and four medical optometrists and these providers focus on cataract and glaucoma evaluation and surgical interventions and work diligently to provide our patients comprehensive and advanced ophthalmic care. The practice provides high volume surgical and clinical services with ongoing clinical research.
The successful candidate will have access to the most advanced diagnostic and intraoperative technologies including: Catalys YAG SLT MIGS and LAL. The research department provides patients with additional access to cutting edge technology. Clinical and surgical mentorship opportunities are available for interested candidates.
Compensation is competitive with incentive pay and annual addition we offer PTO CME and cover the cost of licensing and credentialing. The company also offers a comprehensive and affordable benefits package including health dental vision life disability and 401(k) with employer match.
