Job Summary
Kendrick Recruitment is recruiting a Field Guide for a luxury safari lodge in Ballito. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and knowledgeable guide to deliver memorable safari experiences to guests in a high-end lodge environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct guided game drives and walking safaris for guests
Share knowledge of wildlife ecosystems and conservation
Ensure guest safety and provide exceptional customer service
Assist with vehicle and equipment maintenance
Monitor and track wildlife sightings and lodge trails
Support the lodge team in daily operations as required
Requirements
Previous experience as a Field Guide preferably in a luxury lodge environment
Relevant qualifications (FGASA or equivalent) advantageous
Strong knowledge of wildlife conservation and bushveld etiquette
Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to live on-site and work flexible hours
