Our client a prestigious market leader operating in the luxury real estate sector in Ibiza is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead their sales team to the next level. The Sales Director will join a dynamic and expanding team and be at the forefront of Ibizas real estate scene. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of managing a sales team preferably in the real estate sector and will speak English and Spanish fluently.
Requirements:
5 years of experience in the real estate sector
3 years of experience managing a sales team-beneficial
Strong leadership and team management skills
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Knowledge of luxury real estate market essential
Fluent in English and Spanish both written and spoken. Other languages are a bonus.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Must live in Ibiza or be prepared to relocate
Must have a Spanish driving license and car.
Responsibilities:
Dealing with buyers and vendors-acquisition and sale of properties
Managing the companys sales team and providing leadership training and coaching
Expand and maintain the client network
Develop the sales strategy to achieve sales goals and revenue
Set individual targets with the sales team
Oversee and improve the existing sales processes
Analyse and interpret sales figures and propose ways to improve them.
Provide support and guidance to the sales team members to ensure they have all the resources and tools they need to do the job
Prepare market analysis and property presentations
Package:
Contracted competitive financial package OTE-00 per annum-2500 gross per month 5% office over ride 20% own property sale.
