Job Summary
This is a remote position.
One of our clients in the USA is looking for a talented and motivated remote Customer Support Specialist to join their growing team.
Minimum of two years experience in a dental clinic or dental lab.
Proven experience working with the US market
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer support and thrives in a team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone email and online chat
- Assist customers with product information pricing and order processing
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collect and maintain accurate customer account information
- Ensure inquiries are handled accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer needs
Requirements
- Strong experience in the dental field
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in dental terminology
- Prior customer support experience
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to analyze and solve customer issues effectively
- Solid understanding of client services principles
- Proficient in data entry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications is a plus
