Ideagen builds software that helps organisations manage risk meet regulatory obligations and operate with confidence. Were looking for a Marketing Manager to accelerate revenue generation across our Heathcare solution.
This is a commercial growth role not a brandonly marketing position. Youll be accountable for turning marketing activity into sales opportunity influencing pipeline creation supporting new revenue streams and working closely with BDRs and Sales to drive measurable growth.
The role blends strategy and execution. Were looking for someone who can think big act fast and take ownership from campaign idea through to results.
Responsibilities
- Owning endtoend demand generation activity with clear accountability for salesready opportunities
- Creating and executing campaigns that drive lead generation across multiple channels including:
- Content and messaging
- Website
- Paid media (PPC paid social)
- Email marketing and webinars
- Producing compelling marketing assets that support pipeline creation and sales engagement
- Defining gotomarket messaging and supporting sales enablement through targeted collateral
- Working closely with BDR and Sales teams to identify target audiences fuel pipeline and open new revenue streams
- Understanding customer personas buyer challenges and the competitive landscape to shape campaigns that convert
- Tracking analysing and reporting on campaign performance feeding back clear KPIs and insights
- Continuously testing optimising and refining campaigns based on performance data
Skills and Experience
- Youre a commerciallyfocused B2B SaaS marketer with experience generating pipeline and revenue impact
- Youre selfsufficient and handson comfortable creating launching and measuring campaigns endtoend
- You understand how marketing supports sales and enjoy working closely with revenue teams
- Youre datadriven analytical and confident making decisions based on performance metrics
- You bring strong written and verbal communication skills with a clear confident style
- Youre creative curious and proactive always looking for new ways to improve conversion and engagement
- Youre organised detailoriented and accountable for outcomes not just activity
- Experience marketing SaaS solutions in regulated or complex environments is a plus
