We are recruiting for Financial Assessment Assistants to join our Financial Assessment Team working in Adult Social Care and Health Financial Services. We are a forward thinking evolving service and as part of the team you will be integral to this.
As well as dealing with calls from people using our service and internal and external stakeholders you will be completing financial assessments corresponding with and providing written outcomes to people and their representatives. You will maintain clear records be proactive and take responsibility for your day to day work. Youll be a key part of our service delivery and work towards the achieving of the best outcomes for people.

We offer flexible hybrid working you will be provided with all the equipment you need to effectively complete your role both from home and at our office. There is a requirement to attend our office in Eastbourne one day each week on a rota basis as a minimum to allow you to spend time collaborating with your colleagues.
Please note during your induction and initial training period daily attendance at our office for the first few weeks will be required to provide you with the best support and training.
