Job Summary
Sr. Mobile Day Porter (Part Time)
Part Time: Mid-day/Evening Role
* Northville MI - Monday and Wednesday 3:00pm-5:00pm
* Farmington MI - Monday Wednesday and Friday 5:30pm-9:30pm

What Youll Do
- Clean and sanitize restrooms lobbies offices and common areas according to established standards.
- Respond promptly to property manager and tenant requests using our work order system.
- Sweep mop vacuum and scrub floors as needed.
- Empty and replace trash and recycling in interior and exterior areas.
- Clean glass windows and mirrors for a spotless finish.
- Perform regular walk-throughs to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Replenish restroom and common area supplies.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs tightening fixtures etc.).
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums floor scrubbers and power washers safely and efficiently.
What Were Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- At least 1 year of janitorial or custodial experience (commercial environment preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals supplies and commercial cleaning equipment.
- Ability to use basic technology including smartphones and computers.
- Strong attention to detail time management and communication skills.
- Reliable professional and able to work independently or as part of a team.
