Open to candidates who hold qualification in Community Services Human Services Nursing or minimum 3 years experience working in a similar role or to candidates currently studying case management disability or community services (or willing to undertake a traineeship in Cert IV).

We are currently recruiting two NDIS Support Coordinators who are passionate about delivering high quality services. A position is available in each of our Horsham and Ararat offices and will require the person to travel to other locations within the region; therefore a current drivers licence is essential. The positions are 0.8 FTE or Full Time however other hours can be negotiated.
