This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering a salary of $75000/year for a reliable and experienced supervisor who can manage manpower and materials on active job sites.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is comfortable supervising a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce and ensuring painting operations run efficiently safely and on schedule.
Paint Supervisor Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily painting operations on construction job sites
Manage manpower including crew assignments productivity and workflow
Manage materials including ordering staging tracking and proper usage
Ensure painting work meets quality standards project specifications and deadlines
Communicate daily with project managers superintendents and field leadership
Serve as the primary point of communication between management and Spanish-speaking crews
Enforce job site safety standards and company policies
Troubleshoot job site issues related to labor materials or production delays
Support training coaching and accountability of painting crews
Required Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in painting or construction finishing
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal communication required)
Experience managing crews and materials on construction sites
Knowledge of painting processes surface preparation and coatings
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in drywall painting or interior finishing environments
Experience working with commercial or large residential construction projects
Familiarity with safety standards and quality control processes
