Job Summary
Job Description:
Job Functions:
- Design maintain and troubleshoot databases and data systems; ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide technical support in infrastructure services responding to complex issues and inquiries.
- Assist in the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives executing assigned tasks.
- Participate in the development of infrastructure documentation including incident reports and configuration details.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends patterns and actionable insights for business goals.
- Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders using tools like Power BI and PowerPoint.
- Follow established best practices & standards in infrastructure service delivery
- Apply critical thinking & technical skills to find solutions to infrastructure issues.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years of relevant work experience in industry with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools
- Proficiencies in data analysis & problem solving
- Some knowledge of Cisco network equipment and infrastructure principles
- A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge & technology
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Excel data modeling data mining business intelligence (BI) tools statistical software and data warehousing concepts.
- Analytical Skills:Problem-solving critical thinking attention to detail strong research skills.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication (written/verbal) presentation skills ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and financial acumen.
