We partner with multiple Tribes in GDC (our IT ecosystem) focusing on next-generation communication channelsfrom screen-based applications to APIsalongside Client Identity & Access Management and subscription services.
Now were looking for a great Product Owner to help drive the success of our flagship initiative: Digital 360.

Your Role
As a Product Owner you are the bridge between business and technology turning strategic ambitions into tangible solutions. You will:
- Define and prioritize requirements that deliver maximum business value
- Collaborate with Epic Owners and Tribe Product Owners to ensure alignment
- Drive innovation and client-centric design across squads
Your work will directly influence how hundreds of clients experience our digital ecosystem.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable solutions
- Own and refine the product backlog prioritizing for impact
- Align stakeholders on scope and direction
- Support agile squads during development and refinement
- Prepare client-facing documentation and coordinate rollouts
- Ensure outcomes deliver measurable business value
- Build strong relationships across business units and user communities
- Contribute actively to the Customer Digital Experience strategy
Your Profile
- Masters degree or equivalent experience in Product Ownership Product Management or Business Analysis
- Background in banking or financial services ideally with digital channels expertise
- Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills
- Analytical results-driven and client-focused
- Experienced in Agile environments; certification is a plus
- Comfortable navigating complex matrix organizations and large-scale projects
- Experience in Digital Channels (screens and messages/reporting) is a strong asset
