The Opportunity

As the Senior Systems Process & Governance Analystyoulloversee Dexuss Financeoperatingplatform partnering with Finance IT vendors and business leaders tooptimisesystems processes and reporting.Youllensure best practice compliance and user training tomaximisevalue for the business.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage governance frameworks for financial data and reporting

Liaise with IT on system requirements changes and user experience

Maintain up-to-date process documentation and risk controls

Support best practice financial reporting for internal and external needs

Provide user support and deliver training

Assistwith system upgrades and improvement initiatives

Contributeexpertiseto finance projects

Drive continuous improvement across systems processes and reporting

About You

You are a proactive and passionate finance professional withstrong communicationskills and technical acumen. You excel at quality assurance setting priorities and solving problems in a dynamic environment. Yourorganisationalsavvy and drive for results ensure you deliver high-quality outcomes with a strong customer focus and sound decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance

Extensive training and experience in financial systems

Solid background in corporate and property accounting ideally within a listed REIT

Experience managing financial systems including upgrades and user support

Familiarity with Yardi and TM1 is highlyadvantageous

You will havedemonstratedability to:

Manage influence and embed change initiatives

Deliver effective 1:1 and small group training

Build new relationships and ways of working

Communicate clearly both written and verbal

Take a passionate and proactive approach to management
