The Digital Information Office is seeking expressions of interest from motivated and experienced professionals to step into a temporary Transition Support & Testing Specialist role. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high-quality service transitions uplift operational readiness and support delivery of critical digital outcomes across the Department of Planning Housing and Infrastructure (DPHI).

About the Opportunity

As the Transition Support & Testing Specialist you will ensure that new or changed services meet acceptance criteria quality standards and operational readiness requirements. Working closely with project teams service providers and business stakeholders you will provide expert guidance on transition testing and configuration management processes to reduce risk and deliver seamless service outcomes.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical skills a delivery mindset and the ability to build trusted partnerships across a complex multi-stakeholder environment.
