Role: Territory Sales Manager (Lagos)
Brands: VinkoBond VinkoGit
Focus: Market Expansion & Team Leadership
Reports to: National Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Drive Growth: Execute aggressive sales strategies to increase market share for VinkoBond and VinkoGit across Lagos.
Team Leadership: Manage and coach a team of Sales Executives and Reps ensuring they meet and exceed daily/monthly KPIs.
Market Development: Personally lead high-level negotiations with major distributors construction firms and large-scale furniture manufacturers.
Channel Expansion: Identify and onboard new retail outlets and wholesalers in key industrial hubs (e.g. Mushin Odun-Ade Lekki/Ajah axis).
Reporting: Provide detailed weekly analytics on sales performance competitor activity and artisan feedback.
- Experience: 5 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role within the Adhesives Construction Chemicals or Building Materials sector.
- Education: in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Lagos Mastery: Deep boots-on-the-ground knowledge of the Lagos building material markets and distribution networks.
- Skills: Strong negotiation people management and strategic planning abilities.
- Mobility: Must be willing to spend 70% of the time in the field with the team.
