Job Summary
Agewellis seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Jacksonville FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.
Consults with patients about their current conditions orders diagnostics analyzes results diagnoses conditions and prescribes treatment strategies including prescription medications.May also actively participate in research in the field and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients.

2 years ARNP experience
