Job Summary

An internationally recognized law firm is seeking a fulltime Professional Liability Attorney to work with our team representing health care professionals in malpractice related claims. (Hybrid)

Qualifications
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to practice in the State of California
  • 2 years of defense litigation experience
  • Experience defending professional liability including health care (malpractice) related claims
  • Superior analytical skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Deposition and law and motion experience preferred
  • Vaccination is not required but encouraged

Responsibilities
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload working cases from beginning to end
  • Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
  • Regularly handle court appearances and depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide status reports
