About the role

Wereseeking aBusiness SolutionAnalystto ensure our technology solutions deliver consistent performance and support businessobjectives. This role combines technicalexpertise solution consulting compliance and focus areas include:

  • Systems Management: Act as the technical SME for all systems within remit ensuring stability performance and operational support through configuration troubleshooting testing and data management.
  • SupportSolution Consulting & Continuous Improvement:Design and deploy solutions for new business requirementsmonitorvendor roadmaps and drive enhancements to maximise value from SaaS products.
  • Compliance & Best Practice:Ensure system changes meet legislative and policy requirements manage risks support audits and stay ahead of industry trends to deliver innovative strategies.

Ideally you have experience working in a large organisation within a Shared Services or HR Systems environment whereyouveinterpreted and applied HR policies employment agreements and legislative frameworks.

You are self-driven comfortable with ambiguity have an eye for detail and look for opportunities to share knowledge with your colleagues.

To be successful in this role you must be a team-player be able to navigate your way in a large organisation and juggle multiple initiatives and work with competing priorities.

About you

  • You will have aDegree Diploma or Cert IV in Business or Technology (or equivalent experience) Scrum certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and proven experience inroles such as Systems Analyst Cloud Configuration Analyst or Developer.
  • You understand how business policies and processes interface with technology to deliver holistic solutions and have a proventrack recordof translating business needs into effective technology outcomes.
  • Solid understanding of application design and information systems management with technical knowledge of at least one commercial ERP solution.
  • Experience working with cloud or SaaS products and familiarity with release cycles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with development and engineering teams to achieve goals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication interpersonal and technical support skills.
  • Highly organised detail-oriented and analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Committed to confidentiality and professional integrity.
