Position Overview:
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounting functions and supporting the organizations financial decision-making. This position will assist with Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) and Payroll ensuring that financial records are accurate complete and maintained in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be analytical detail-oriented and proactive capable of identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.

In this role you will not only manage transactional accounting but also contribute to budgeting forecasting and financial analysis. You will provide leadership with actionable insights regarding cash flow investments and risk management helping to guide strategic business decisions. A critical aspect of this position includes ensuring compliance with internal policies and tax regulations as well as coordinating with external auditors and tax preparers as necessary. Collaboration with team members to streamline workflows enhance communication and improve reporting accuracy is also a core responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:
You will oversee financial operations by recording and reconciling daily transactions monitoring cash flow and preparing precise financial reports for leadership review. You will assist in analyzing trends evaluating financial performance and recommending strategies to improve efficiency and support organizational goals. This role requires maintaining high standards of accuracy integrity and accountability while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 24 years of QuickBooks experience a strong understanding of financial principles and exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills integrity and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues are essential. A proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will ensure success in this role.
