Madden Industrial Craftsmen a premier staffing agency is looking to fillHairpin Bending Machine Operatorwith a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix AZ. The client specializes in custom heat exchanger coils fluid coolers and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets.

Job Title:Hairpin Bending Machine Operator
Pay Rate:$19-$23/hour
Location:Phoenix Arizona
Schedule:Monday-Friday 3^rd Shift: 10:00PM-6:00AM; occasionally on Saturdays (mandatory)

Hairpin Bending Machine Operator Responsibilities:

Set up operate and monitor hairpin bending machines CNC machines or other metal-forming equipment to manufacture components according to specifications.
Interpret blueprints adjust machine parameters (speed feed depth of cut) and ensure precise bending and cutting operations.
Inspect finished products using calipers micrometers and other precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with quality standards; make adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular preventative maintenance on machines troubleshoot minor issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs to minimize downtime.
Load unload and feed raw materials (e.g. copper aluminum or steel tubing) into the machine ensuring proper alignment and secure positioning.
Maintain detailed records of production output machine settings maintenance logs and quality control checks.
Follow all OSHA and company safety standards to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

Hairpin Bending Machine Operator Requirements:

1 years of experience in a machining CNC operation or metal fabrication environment (hairpin bending experience preferred).
Background in production or manufacturing preferably in metal processing HVAC or coil manufacturing.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and machine instructions.
Familiarity with machine tools precision measuring instruments and troubleshooting techniques.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform machine adjustments and minor repairs.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Ability to pass the tape measure test.
