About the role:

We areseekingan experienced and highly motivatedAI GovernanceAnalysttooverseethe operationalization and ongoing management of our new AI governance platform. This critical role sits at the intersection of technology compliancesecurityand strategy. The successful candidate willbe responsible fordefining implementing andmonitoringour AI governance framework ensuring our AI initiatives are ethical compliant secure and aligned with businessobjectives.

What you will do:

AI Platform Management & Operationalization

  • Lead the deployment and operationalizationofourAIgovernanceplatform across the organization developing a clear roadmap and adoption strategy.

  • Serve as theprimary subject matter expertfor ourAIgovernance platform defining itsusecases configurations and integration points with existing systems.

  • Develop and implementPlatform Monitoringprotocols to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and governance metrics.

  • Developworld-classprocesses and documentationto communicate decisions to our stakeholders

AI Governance & Compliance

  • Translate emergingAI regulations and ethical guidelines(e.g.ISO 42001EU AI Actetc.) into practical policies and controls within the AIplatformframework.

  • Collaborate closely withourLegal and Complianceteams to embed regulatory requirements into the AI development lifecycle.

  • Define and enforcedata privacy and security standardsfor AI systems working with Cybersecurity to mitigate risksand respond to incidents.

Program Management & Reporting

  • ApplyProgram Managementprinciples to track and report on the progress of AI governance initiatives and the overall health of theSingulrAI deployment.

  • Develop andmaintainkey reports and dashboardsusing tools likePower BIto provide transparent real-time insights into AI risk exposure policy compliance and operational efficiency for executive stakeholders.

  • Manage cross-functional working groupsofbusiness leadersand communicate our AI governance strategy to senior leaders.

What you will need:

  • 5 yearsof progressive experience in Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Technology Risk or related field.

  • 1yearofexperience inAI Governance Responsible AI orMLOps.

  • Proven ability tomanage andoperationalizea complex software platform(SaaS or internal enterprise platform).

  • Strongproficiencyin Power BI(or similar data visualization tools) for creating executive-level reports and interactive dashboards.

  • Demonstrated experience inprogram or project managementof complex multi-stakeholder technology initiatives.

Highly Desired Skills & Experience

  • Deep understanding of Legal Compliance and/or Cybersecurityprinciples specifically as they relate to data and AI systems.

  • Familiarity with major AI governance frameworks (e.g.NIST AI RMF OECD AI Principles).

  • Technical understanding of theAI/MLand software developmentlifecycle(data preparation model training deployment monitoring).

  • Attention to detail and ability to see projectsthrough all the way until completion

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and regulatory jargon into clear actionable business insights.

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 94000 USD - 134000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO a 401k match up to $7200 per year the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount and more.
