Job Summary

To strengthen our team we are looking for an experienced mechanical engineer or technician (m/f/d) to lead our product development team in the area of bicycle accessories and components.
- Technical leadership and continuous development of our product development team
- Development of innovative products using 3D CAD systems - from initial idea to series production
- Coordination and management of collaboration with international suppliers
- Performing calculations simulations and functional analyses
- Responsibility for technical documentation quality and product safety
- Active optimization of development and coordination processes
- Close collaboration with related departments such as Purchasing and Quality
- Degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification (e.g. certified technician)
- Full professional proficiency in German
- Good command of English
- Several years of experience in product development
- Initial leadership experience is a plus but not a must
- Very good CAD skills ideally SolidWorks
- Structured solution-oriented way of working
- Passion for bicycles technology and well-designed products
- Strong sense of responsibility excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business
