Job Summary
Prosper Ford is seeking anexperienced ASMto lead its sales team in Prosper Texas. The successful candidate will ensure customers have a superior buying experience lead sales teams to achieve high performance and foster a positive work environment in the dealership.
Compensation & Benefits
The successful candidate will be eligible for compensation of $6000 to $10000 per month paid semimonthly. Additional benefits may include future growth opportunities dealership discounts competitive health and dental benefits.
Responsibilities
Build and lead a successful sales team by recruiting training and motivating sales professionals
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Focus on Traffic Management and setting appointments for your team
Take turns and close deals
Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
Enforce dealership safety and security protocols
Requirements
At least 2 years experience in automotive sales IS A MUST!
Track record of success in sales and excellent customer service
Ability to oversee several processes simultaneously
Ability to maintain a high sense of urgency
A valid US drivers license
Knowledge of the local automobile marketplace
Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software
