POSITION SUMMARY

Responsibilities
  • Participate in payroll preparation
  • Support the HR team with daily tasks
  • Assist and participate in trainings
  • Coordinate employee engagement surveys
  • Organize internal events
  • Coordinate performance evaluations
  • Support recruitment from advertising vacancies to interview candidates
  • Participate in implementing and creating hotel policies
  • Mentor and coordinate HR trainee
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar field
  • Confident communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent in English and Hungarian
