Job Summary
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Accountant located in Beirut (Jnah). The Chief Accountant will manage the companys accounting processes ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records preparing financial statements analyzing financial data and ensuring timely tax filings. The Chief Accountant will also oversee the accounting team coordinate audits and offer accurate reporting to support decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Over 10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Previsous exposure to Fashio Retail is desired
- Strong knowledge in Financial Reporting Costing and Tax Compliance
- Proficiency in Accounting Software ERP Systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership team management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail problem-solving abilities and the ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is considered a plus)
- Familiarity with local and international accounting standards is an advantage
