As part of Candu International Engineering Services at Candu Energy we are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of a dynamic portfolio of international projects. Reporting to the Director this role is integral to ensuring the successful execution of engineering services for our global CANDU fleet. The Project Manager will be accountable for all aspects of project delivery including team leadership performance tracking through KPIs management of deliverables organizational structure budgeting scheduling subcontractor and supplier strategy risk management and forecasting through People Forecasting and Levelling (PFL). A key responsibility of this role is the day-to-day and career development of junior project team members fostering individual growth while driving project and business success.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project execution methodologies with a solid foundation in engineering procurement construction contract management and project controls. As a core member of our expanding Engineering Services team the Project Manager will play a critical role in shaping the trajectory of our international programs ensuring effective governance milestone achievement stakeholder engagement and accountability for project baselines and change management.
