- Deliver friendly and engaging customer service that supports Farm Boys commitment to the best fresh shopping experience.
- Welcome greet and assist customers using Farm Boy Service Standards as needed.
- Maintain clean safe and organized work and storage areas through general housekeeping duties including sweeping mopping and dusting.
- Ensure all shared and team member spaces are well maintained including eating areas washrooms and locker rooms.
- Assist with inventory tracking and purchasing of store supplies as requested.
- Follow all corporate policies and procedures with a strong focus on Health & Safety Food Safety and proper equipment use.
- Complete designated opening and closing procedures and support fellow Team Members as needed.
- Take on additional responsibilities on a periodic basis to support overall store operations.
Qualifications :

- A genuine passion for delivering engaging and exceptional customer service.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience in a food retail environment is considered an asset.
- The ability to work independently while taking pride in high-quality results attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
- A collaborative team-oriented approach supported by strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; French language skills considered an asset.
