The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth managing key client accounts and strengthening brand presence across the jewelry and luxury watches portfolio. The role focuses on high-value client relationships strategic account management and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience aligned with the groups standards.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs for jewelry and luxury watch brands.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow key accounts and high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Identify new business opportunities within corporate VIP and private client segments.
Account Management & Client Relations
- Manage and grow relationships with key accounts VIP clients and strategic partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Deliver personalized client experiences including private viewings exclusive launches and bespoke services.
Brand & Market Development
- Represent the companys luxury brands in a professional and brand-aligned manner.
- Support brand-building initiatives product launches exhibitions and promotional events.
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and customer preferences in the luxury segment.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts reports and CRM records.
- Coordinate with merchandising marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability and optimal presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies luxury brand guidelines and Qatar market regulations.
Customer Experience Excellence
- Uphold the highest standards of luxury retail service and client confidentiality.
- Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation and loyalty.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 57 years of sales or account management experience in luxury jewelry and/or luxury watches.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and achieving sales targets in the GCC market (Qatar experience preferred).
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of luxury retail jewelry and high-end watch brands.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Language & Other Requirements
- Fluent in English
