Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating days and nights
Salary: 44500
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and motivated Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team at a leading industrial site. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who is passionate about maintenance problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out remedial engineering work on industrial equipment as directed by the Engineering Manager.
- Diagnose and repair machinery in a safe and timely manner ensuring minimal disruption to production.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and management to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions through small projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of plant machinery and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate progress effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern (days and nights).
