The Role:
Lead Siemens PLC and HMI programming (TIA Portal S71200/1500 WinCC)
Design control system architecture and electrical panels
Commission systems on-site and troubleshoot installations
Integrate IIoT SCADA and data analytics for maximum performance
What Were Looking For:
Proven confident experience with Siemens PLCs and HMIs this is essential
Strong grounding in industrial automation and electrical schematics
Full UK driving licence and ability to use own transport initially (mileage reimbursed)
Full unrestricted right to work in the UK (defence sector compliance)
Self-driven problem-solving mindset
Additional Skills That Stand Out:
SCADA IIoT or machine data analytics experience
Knowledge of other PLC platforms (Allen-Bradley Mitsubishi)
Formal qualifications (HNC/HND/BEng) in Electrical or Control Systems Engineering
Important: If successful for an initial period you will use your own vehicle for site visits (mileage reimbursed). After this you will receive a company vehiclegiving you flexibility and independence from day one.
