Rate of Pay: 24.12 - 32.22 per hour
Summary:
The HR Project Officer will support the delivery of key HR and workforce projects aligned to the Councils workforce strategy. The role sits within the Diversity Inclusion & Engagement Team and involves managing HR-related projects conducting research analysing data and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage HR programmes of work aligned to business needs and workforce strategy
- Manage project delivery ensuring outputs remain within agreed scope timescales and objectives
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and key stakeholders to deliver project outcomes
- Identify manage and escalate project risks issues and dependencies as required
- Analyse people-related data and provide meaningful insights and reports
- Undertake systematic research to support complex workforce programmes
Qualification:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent knowledge skills and experience.
- Project Management qualification or equivalent experience of applying project management disciplines.
Essentials:
- Proven experience planning and delivering HR projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience undertaking HR project work to meet organisational needs

- You should be available to work immediately or at a short notice.
