Job Summary
Are you a fluent German speaker with excellent English communication skills
Ready for a new adventure in sunny Greece
Become part of our German-Speaking Customer Experts team and help customers enjoy seamless travel experiences!
Location: Athens Greece (if relocating) or remote from Greece if youre already there
Start date: 27 February or 6 March

Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone chat & email
- Troubleshoot issues or escalate when needed
- Track and follow up on cases to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain strong professional relationships and show empathy
- Turn every interaction into a happy customer experience
What You Bring
- Fluency in German
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent communication & soft skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good computer knowledge
- Ability to multitask
- Team-player attitude in a fast-paced high-energy environment
