Job Description

Manage and monitor the companys project portfolio
Create project priorities and resource optimization
Develop project management standards and templates
Ensuring consistency in the implementation of the PM methodology
Monitor progress and create reports for management
Analysis of project metrics and KPIs
Identify and manage project risks and issues
Coordination with stakeholders and executives
Facilitation of meetings and communication of project status
Implementation of process improvement and best practices
Training dan mentoring project managers

Requirements

S1 Informatics Engineering Management Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience as a project management office
Experience managing multiple projects
Using PM tools (MS Project Jira Asana etc.)
Master the PM (Waterfall Agile Scrum) methodology
Data analysis and reporting capabilities
Risk management dan quality assurance
Good communication (oral and written)
Problem solving skills
PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master Certification (value-added)
