Your Role
As a Senior Speech Pathologist based in Glen Waverley youll provide expert clinical leadership and deliver high-quality evidence-based therapy services. Your focus will include dysphagia management clinic-based service development and supporting adolescents and adults with disabilities to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver advanced Speech Pathology interventions in swallowing and communication.
- Drive innovation in clinic-based service models.
- Provide specialist consultation for complex cases.
- Mentor junior therapists and supervise students.
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Membership eligibility with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Expertise in dysphagia and mealtime management.
- Experience in evidence-based interventions for communication and swallowing.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
