We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team at Digacore. As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in solving their IT-related issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware software and networking problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email or in person.
- Assist in setting up installing and configuring hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of client issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall IT support services.
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Certifications in relevant IT areas such as CompTIA A Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
