Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team at Digacore. As a Help Desk Technician you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients in solving their IT-related issues. Your role will involve troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware software and networking problems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support via phone email or in person.
  • Assist in setting up installing and configuring hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records of client issues and solutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve overall IT support services.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion of a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networking systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desired Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Certifications in relevant IT areas such as CompTIA A Microsoft or Cisco are a plus.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary for this position ranges from $35000 to $40000 per year. We offer competitive compensation packages along with benefits such as health insurance paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
