Service Manager Shults Ford South of West Mifflinis currently seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for automotive excellence Join our thriving high-volume Ford dealership as a Service Manager!Shults Ford is the #1 Volume Leader in Pennsylvania! Were seeking an experienced customer-focused professional who can efficiently manage operations and inspire our dedicated service team.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Service Manager in an automotive dealership. Ford dealership experience preferred but not required. Proven ability to effectively manage high-volume service operations. Exceptional leadership organizational and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of automotive service processes warranties and dealership management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of our busy service department ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction and productivity. Lead mentor and develop a high-performing team of technicians advisors and support staff. Maintain and improve service department profitability by monitoring performance metrics expenses and departmental goals. Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and resolution of concerns. Ensure compliance with Fords standards and dealership policies. Manage warranty claims and collaborate closely with Ford representatives.
