About the Role
As Technical Trainer you will build and deliver training programs that strengthen technical product process and cross-cultural capabilities across BYD teams and service partners in the Czech Republic & Slovakia. You will establish scalable learning systems supporting onboarding continuous development and service network excellence.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill/knowledge gaps.
Design develop and update training materials manuals and e-learning modules.
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions.
Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments and feedback loops.
Maintain training records and track participation in LMS/learning systems.
Conduct onboarding and continuous learning initiatives.
Establish internal and external training systems to foster a learning culture.
Required Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelors degree in HR Education Psychology or related field.
5 years in training/L&D/instructional design (automotive preferred).
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Fluent English and native Czech; Chinese is a plus.
Strong project/time management; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and modern training techniques.
