Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and manage a team of mortgage professionals handling end-to-
end Operations across one or more lines of business (Origination
Processing Underwriting Closing Post-Closing Servicing or Default).
Ensure team adherence to client-specific service level agreements (SLAs)
compliance requirements and quality standards.
Monitor daily workflow allocate resources and track productivity to meet
business targets.
Conduct regular performance reviews coaching and training to enhance
team efficiency and domain expertise.
