DescriptionJoin our team as an HRS Benefits Delivery Analyst where youll play a vital role in managing and enhancing our extensive benefits programs across the EMEA region including pensions medical insurance and wellness initiatives. Youll implement a streamlined benefits delivery model focusing on efficient process design while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Collaborating with the Compensation & Benefits Center of Excellence youll support the rollout of our global benefits strategy and lead region-specific initiatives.
This position requires building strong relationships with internal departments to ensure a compliant and strategic approach to benefits delivery.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days in the office 2 days from home.
This is approximately twoyear maternity cover with the potential to transition into a new role with us afterward.

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Benefits Programs: Implement and maintain complex benefit plans aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Project Management: Lead the benefits Request for Proposal (RFP) process across multiple EMEA countries (focus on Northern Europe region) coordinate with vendors and Payroll and ensure accurate enrollment and termination workflows.
- Mergers & Acquisitions: Manage all benefit-related aspects of M&A including integration plans compliance and stakeholder communication.
- Data Governance & Audits: Perform regular audits ensure data accuracy and develop strategies to maintain compliance and security.
- Standardization & Efficiency: Drive process improvements and automation using the benefits delivery model to standardize solutions across EMEA.
QualificationsMust Have
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline.
- 3 and more years of experience within Benefits team implementation of new benefits work on strategy vendor management (not only the administration part).
- Advanced English (written and spoken) and second European language is a plus
- Skilled in leveraging technology for communication and process automation; proficient in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of HR systems and case management tools related to benefits administration.

- Deeper knowledge around pension or/and insurance work experience from any of the providers/brokers (WTW Mercer AON Marsh etc.) is valued.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI) and Flex platform setup/administration for flexible benefits.
- Professional HR Benefits/Administration qualification; expertise in pensions and benefits is a plus.
- Project management certification and proficiency in managing complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience with supporting UK market
