We are currently seeking afull-timeMental Health Professionalto join our team atSuwannee Correctional Institution located in Live Oak Florida.

TheMental Health Professionalprovides mental health case management services to patients in a correctional setting and consults with a multi-disciplinary team in providing comprehensive mental health care including: intake and assessments crisis intervention treatment planning and providing individual and group therapy.

** The schedule is Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm **

** 4-10 hour shifts also available **

Qualifications

Full licensureLCSW LMFT LMHC (preferred); must be license-eligible
Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
