TITLE: COOKS AND ASSISTANT COOKS 5.5.2 QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Knowledge and demonstrated experience in the production of large volume food preparation. 2. Capacity to assume various job related duties requiring moderate physical strength. 3. Ability to follow directions whether oral or written. 4. Ability to pass any required or mandated trainings provided by the employer such as OSHA requirements needed to perform any job related responsibility. 5. Certification of good health signed by a medical professional in order to be appointed. Any further medical review as appropriate through a school appointed physician. 6. A sense of humor and a proven ability to work in a polite and friendly manner with all staff members students and with the larger educational community. 7. Such job related alternatives to the above qualifications as the School Department may find appropriate and acceptable. REPORTS TO: Director of Food Services Manager of Kitchen and his/her designee.
