Job Summary

Our high-performing JSE-listed financial services organisation that continues to deliver strong growth and market-leading results is on the hunt for a Technical Lead Developer with strong C# and Flutter skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
This is a senior technical leadership opportunity for an experienced Tech Lead to work on key digital transformation initiatives designing and building modern transactional websites mobile applications and line-of-business systems used at scale.
You will play a critical role in shaping system architecture and technical strategy while remaining hands-on across mobile and web platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders youll help digitise client journeys and deliver high-quality secure and scalable solutions
Key responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and technical design decisions across mobile and web platforms
- Set and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Mentor and support a team of engineers
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Lead the development of Flutter mobile applications (iOS & Android) including offline-first capabilities
- Oversee app publishing and maintenance on the App Store and Google Play
- Design and develop Angular and SQL Server solutions
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
Experience and skills required
- 10 years experience in software development
- 3 years hands-on Flutter mobile development experience
- Previous experience in a Tech Lead or senior leadership role
- Strong expertise in C# .NET Angular and SQL Server
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines mobile testing frameworks
- Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services DevOps APIs)
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders
