They are now actively looking to recruit for a Workshop Controller for their Accident Repair / Bodyshop in Swansea.

What Youll Be Doing

• Overseeing daily workshop activity to ensure jobs are completed on time and to specification
  
• Allocating work to technicians based on skills workload and priorities
  
• Monitoring progress quality and productivity resolving any issues that arise
  
• Liaising with parts customer service and VDA teams to maintain a smooth repair process
  
• Promoting a safe compliant and well-organised working environment

• Proven experience in a workshop controller senior technician or similar role within the accident repair industry
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team
  
• Solid understanding of repair processes and bodyshop operations
  
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
  
• A commitment to integrity teamwork and delivering work of the highest quality
