We are currently seeking afull-timeClinical Dietitian to join our team at Coalinga State Hospital located in Coalinga California.

$45.00 Per hour Medical dental and vision

Monday - Friday Day shift

The Dietitian (CA Staffing) works under the direction of the Assistant Director of Nutrition Services on a multi-disciplinary team to provide medical nutrition therapy to forensic clients patients or inmates in a state facility.

Essential Duties:
Developing and implementing nutritional care plans based on nutritional history and assessments
Assisting and advising clinical personnel on any special nutritional needs
Interpreting prescriptions for special diets
Authorizing substitution or modification of special diets
Assisting in the selection and training or dietary staff
Planning and conducting in-service training programs for food personnel
Other duties as needed
