Former line cooks hostesses bartenders and servers now run their own kitchens and restaurants as Sous Chefs Executive Chefs and Managers.

Server responsibilities include:
Provide service to guests courteously quickly and efficiently with a positive attitude
Take orders receive payment accurately count back change and be responsible for all transactions
Memorize the menu and recommend appetizers meals and drinks from restaurant
Maintain positive attitude and work as a team with other employees
Excellent communication skills

Qualified Applicants must-

Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
Can have mobility and motion that entails bending kneeling pushing pulling stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
