We are currently seeking a full-timeRegistered Nurseto join our team atHancock State Prison - Sparta GA.

Shift:

Full-time Day shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 10 hr. shift Rotating weekends

Hourly Rate:

$41.00 -$46.00 an hour
Shift Differential - weekends: Additional $1.00 per hour

Qualifications

The Registered Nurse (RN) (Medical) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) and/or Nursing Supervisor and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to identify assess and respond to a wide range of physical psychological and social needs of patients.

Associates degree required

Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one required

Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
