Express Service Advisor

As an ExpressService Advisor you will be the primary point of contact for customers requiring quick and efficient service ensuring a seamless and positive experience every time.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival for express service appointments.
- Assess customer needs and provide accurate information regarding service options and timelines.
- Schedule and coordinate express service work efficiently to maximize productivity.
- Communicate effectively between customers and service technicians to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions.
- Manage customer expectations and resolve any service-related concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in automotive service advising or similar customer-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of Audi Porsche and Volkswagen brands is a plus.
